The teaching staff consists of certified silversmiths, specialized craftsmen in special workshop techniques, certified jewelry designers, painters, graduates from Schools of Fine Arts, architects, gemmologists, graphic designers, and university graduates of various specialties.

From the beginning, the selection of the teaching staff was made on the basis of its multi-year teaching experience, in each one of the taught fields.
